In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities» No. ZRU-378 dated December 3, 2014:
The Procedure for Consideration of Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities
Individuals may submit their appeals (further – the ‘appeals’) to the Bank orally, in writing, or by electronic means.
Appeals received at the Virtual Reception of the Chairman of the Board are recorded in the form of electronic appeals.
Registered appeals shall be considered within 15 days from the date of receipt of the appeal, unless it requires further study. In case the appeal requires further study, it can be under consideration within one month from the date of receipt.
The applicant shall be notified of the result of consideration of his/her appeal in writing or electronically.
Besides that, complaints and suggestions can be sent to the Bank by calling the trust line number: (998 71) 140 66 96 and the hotline number: (998 71) 200 88 99.
Appeals received on the ‘trust line’ telephone number will be considered as oral ones.
