Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have reached the age of 18 on the date of applying for a mortgage loan and are not older than 60 years. The borrowr must not have any outstanding mortgage loan debt. |

Stable income for at least 6 months. With a down payment from 35%, income confirmation is not required. |
