Object of financing

Purchase of an apartment in a multi-apartment residential building, a private residential house on the primary or secondary market, as well as home renovation.

Borrower / Co-borrower

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have reached the age of 18 on the date of applying for a mortgage loan and are not older than 60 years.
Individuals with income from their activities, pension income, or other sources of income.

The borrowr must not have any outstanding mortgage loan debt.

Income requirements

Stable income for at least 6 months.

With a down payment from 35%, income confirmation is not required.

Up to UZS 450 million — for housing in Tashkent city, other cities, and rural areas of the Republic.

Up to UZS 140 million — for home renovation.
