Income for at least the last 6 months is required. Loans may be provided to individuals without officially confirmed income if they make an initial payment of at least 25% of the contract amount, provided that the loan amount does not exceed UZS 480,000.0 thousand. Loans exceeding UZS 480,000.0 thousand may be provided if the initial payment is at least 30% of the contract amount. Such loans may also be issued to self-employed individuals who have an unofficial source of income, provided that they submit information and documents confirming the availability of other additional sources of income, including cash turnover on an active bank card for the last 6 months |

The guarantor undertakes to fulfill all obligations specified in the general agreement with the Bank; real estate property; the real estate purchased using the loan funds, after state registration and formalization of ownership rights to the apartment. |
