Purpose

Buying an apartment in a new building.

Loan object

Apartments on the primary market in newly constructed and commissioned apartment buildings.

Borrower / co-borrower

The borrower must be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under 60 years of age, a teacher with the highest qualification category, and at least 15 years of experience. The co-borrower must be a citizen with a permanent job or a stable income sufficient to repay the loan.

Income requirements

The debt burden, taking into account all monthly obligations, should not exceed 50%.

Amount

In Tashkent, the loan amount is up to 480 million soums; in other cities and rural areas, it is up to 380 million soums. The loan amount must not exceed 85% of the market value of the property.

Up to 6 months for principal repayment.
