Appeal rules

Rules on application (electronic application) to the ChAKB «Orient Finans» for a loan through the «Internet» information and telecommunications network (ofb.uz)

These rules constitute а public offer and addressed to an unlimited circle of individuals, (hereinafter referred to as the - the Applicant) in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

An applicant who submits an application in electronic form on the Bank’s website (hereinafter referred to as the «Application») to the ChAKB «Orient Finans» (hereinafter referred to as the «Bank») understands, accepts and confirms the following:

  1. All the personal data indicated in the Application are valid and reliable and belong personally to the Applicant.
  2. The Applicant, acting freely, in his own will and in his interest, consents to the processing of his personal data in order to obtain a loan.
  3. The Applicant unconditionally agrees that for obtaining a loan his personal data may be transferred by the Bank to third parties with whom the Bank has entered into agreements containing conditions on confidentiality and non-disclosure of information for assessing the signs of creditworthiness, solvency of the Applicant, its credit history and the provision of such evaluation results to the Bank, the purpose of which is to consider the possibility of concluding with the Applicant of any contracts and agreements on lending.
  4. Filling in an application and attaching the requested documents means the Applicant’s desire to use the Bank’s services, but does not mean and does not guarantee the granting of a credit by the Bank.
  5. The Applicant is aware and unconditionally agrees that he/she will not make any claims to the Bank in the event of a refusal to provide a credit with an indication of justified reasons.
  6. The Applicant confirms that he/she is of full age, legally capable person, has the legal right to provide the Bank with the data specified in the Application, and the Applicant confirms that such data are complete and reliable at the time of their submission to the Bank.
  7. The Applicant confirms that he/she does not have beneficiary owners1 and beneficiaries2, acts on his/her own free will for personal, legitimate purposes and interests
  8. The Applicant confirms the lack of information that adversely affects the business reputation of the Applicant.
  9. The Applicant, having filled in the Application on the Bank’s website and sent it to the Bank, expresses its full and unreserved consent to receive information messages from the Bank regarding the results of the Application review in any way and via any communication channels in accordance with the contact information specified in the Application.
  10. The Applicant is obliged not to perform the following actions:
    1. To place deliberately unreliable information, to register, using other people's personal data (personal data of third parties, as well as fictional persons);
    2. To place deliberately unreliable information about the registration address/residence address, phone (s) number(s), place information about the e-mail address (s), which the Applicant does not have the right to use.
    3. Clarify the circumstances surrounding the assessment of its creditworthiness criteria.
  11. The Applicant is obliged not to violate the information security of the Bank’s electronic resources.
  12. For revocation of this Consent, the Applicant has the right to apply to the branch of the Bank with a written statement.
  13. If the Applicant does not agree with these Terms and Conditions and does not want to comply with them, his/her application will not be accepted for review and will not be subject to any appeal by the Applicant.

1beneficiary owner – an individual who ultimately, directly or indirectly (through third parties) has the ability to control the actions of the Applicant, including the ability to determine the decisions made by the Applicant.

2beneficiary – a person to the benefit of which the Applicant acts, including on the basis of an agency agreement, contracts of commission, commission and trust management, when conducting transactions with monetary funds and other property.
