There is an opportunity of sending your requests in electronic form directly to the Chairman of the Board of PJSCB Orient Finans. Here is a note, that the request will be considered to be official. In this regard, we would like to ask you to keep in mind the following points:
- If you are applying as an individual, you are required to specify your full name, information about your residence place and the main purpose of the request. The appeal of a legal entity will include the full name of the legal entity, information on his/her location (postal address) and the essence of the purpose of the request.
- Please note! Submitting complaints containing any slander, insults or false information will be forbidden.
We would like to remind you that the consideration of your request may be refused by the following reasons:
- Incorrectness of the message content (obscene or offensive expressions, threats, sentences missing any logic or meaning, etc.);
- The text of the message contains incomprehensible abbreviations or promotional materials, or does not contain any specific statements, complaints or suggestions.
- Also, the request from the same addresser will not be considered if it contains the question to which the answer has already been provided and if the new request does not contain any new facts or circumstances.
These requirements have been developed on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
