Basic conditions for the borrower	• good credit history; • stable cash flow; • primary account with “Orient Finance” Bank; • no losses and no illiquid balance; • credit rating at least “BBB”; • no overdue debt on other obligations.
Security requirements	• not less than 125%; • for related parties – not less than 130%.
Documents required	In accordance with the internal regulations and Credit Policy of “Orient Finance” Bank.
Interest rate	• fixed: IB/IFI rate + at least 2% margin; • floating: SOFR/Euribor + IB/IFI margin + at least 2% margin of “Orient Finance”.
Fees and expenses	• LC opening fee – not less than 0.5% of LC amount, paid before opening; • LC confirmation fee – determined by IB/IFI; • other fees according to tariffs of the Bank and IB/IFI; • early repayment fee – determined individually.
Country of origin	• European IB/IFI lines – EU countries, UK, others (consider exporter’s origin); • Kazakhstan lines – Republic of Kazakhstan only; • Russian lines – Russian Federation only.

Type of guarantee	Bank guarantee for the return of advance payments under export contracts;
Subjects of the guarantee	Business entities that are residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan (exporters) that export goods or services and carry out their business activities for at least 24 months from the date of registration;
Guarantee currency	foreign currency – US dollar/Euro;
Maximum loan amount	based on the financial condition of the Borrower, but not more than the amount of the advance payment received under the export contract;
Maximum guarantee period	up to 6 months, but not more than the delivery period under the export contract after receiving the advance payment;
Commission for providing bank guarantees	not less than 5% per annum;
Commission payment deadlines	fees for providing a bank guarantee are paid in a lump sum in the national currency at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the day of payment before the guarantee is issued;
One-time fee for review of bank guarantee	5,000,000.0 (Five million) soums and is paid in a lump sum before the issuance of a bank guarantee;
Requirements for the amount of security	not less than 125%, for persons related to the Bank not less than 130% of the loan amount;
Basic conditions for the Principal	• Has a good credit history; • Creation of additional jobs; • Stable cash flow; • Primary account servicing at “Orient Finance”; • Operate without losses and have no illiquid balance; • Credit rating of at least “BBB”; • No current overdue debt;
Documents required to obtain a bank guarantee	In accordance with the requirements of the Credit Policy and internal regulatory documents of the “Orient Finance” Private Joint-Stock Commercial Bank;
Special conditions	• The borrower must have experience in exporting the specified goods; • Opening a transaction passport for the financed foreign trade contract in accordance with the procedure established by law; • Availability of insurance for goods under export contracts; • If the issued guarantee under this agreement requires confirmation via SWIFT message, issuance of a counter-guarantee, or confirmation by a foreign bank, the Principal undertakes to pay the Bank the Guarantee amount on demand, as well as all related expenses and fees associated with the issuance of the guarantee through a foreign bank.

Grace period for repayment of principal debt	by agreement of the parties, based on the specifics of the business, but no more than 6 months;
Interest rate on foreign currency	not less than 25% per annum;
Requirements for the amount of security	not less than 125%, for persons related to the Bank not less than 130% of the loan amount;
Basic conditions for the borrower	• Has a good credit history; • Creation of additional jobs; • Stable cash flow; • Primary account servicing at “Orient Finance”; • Operate without losses and have no illiquid balance; • Credit rating of at least “BBB”; • No current overdue debt;
Documents required to obtain a loan	In accordance with the requirements of the Credit Policy and internal regulatory documents of the “Orient Finance” Private Joint-Stock Commercial Bank
Special conditions	• Under a foreign trade contract, the buyer must make an advance payment of at least 15% of the total contract value before financing commences; • The borrower must have experience supplying the specified goods for export; • A transaction passport must be opened for the financed foreign trade contract in accordance with the procedure established by law; • Goods must be insured under export contracts.

Purpose of lending	• Replenishment of working capital (purchase of raw materials/works and services for production/resale);

Maximum loan amount	• based on the financial condition of the Borrower, but not more than 60% of the amount of shipped goods/services under the export contract;
Maximum loan term	• up to 12 months;
Grace period for repayment of principal debt	• by agreement of the parties, based on the specifics of the business, but no more than 6 months;
Interest rate on foreign currency	• not less than 12.5% per annum;
Requirements for the amount of security	• not less than 125%, for persons related to the Bank not less than 130% of the loan amount;
Basic conditions for the borrower	• Has a good credit history; • Creation of additional jobs; • Stable cash flow; • Primary account servicing at “Orient Finance”; • Operate without losses and have no illiquid balance; • Credit rating of at least “BBB”; • No current overdue debt;
Documents required to obtain a loan	• In accordance with the requirements of the Credit Policy and internal regulatory documents of the “Orient Finance” Private Joint-Stock Commercial Bank;
Special conditions	• The maximum pledge amount of revenue rights under export contracts must not exceed 60% of the value of shipped goods or works/services under the export contract; • Payment terms for goods delivered under the contract must be no more than 30 days from the date of delivery; • Under a foreign trade contract, an advance payment of at least 15% of the full value of the supply contract must be made by the buyer before the commencement of financing; • After the shipment of goods for export, a pledge of property rights (claims) to receive monetary proceeds in foreign currency under the foreign trade contract is issued, which in turn will be used to repay the loan and accrued interest; • The borrower must have experience in supplying the given goods for export; • A transaction passport must be opened for the financed foreign trade contract in accordance with the procedure established by law; • Availability of insurance for goods under export contracts; • The presence of a contract of sale of goods between the borrower and the buyer, providing for a letter of credit form of payment (confirmed irrevocable letter of credit from highly rated banks or covered irrevocable letter of credit).

Loan currency	• National currency – “sum”; • Foreign currency – US dollar/Euro;
Maximum loan amount	Up to 300.0 million sum or 15,000.00 US dollar/Euro;
Interest rate	In national currency: • from 23.5% per annum, if the loan term is up to 12 months; • from 24.5% per annum, if the loan term is up to 24 months; • from 25% per annum, if the loan term is from 36 months; In foreign currency: • from 12% per annum;
Maximum loan term	Up to 36 months;
Grace period	By agreement of the parties, based on the specifics of the business, but not more than 12 months;
Basic conditions for the borrower	• Has a good credit history; • Stable cash receipts; • Primary account servicing at Private commercial joint-stock bank Orient Finance; • Work without losses and do not have an illiquid balance; • Credit rating not lower than “BBB”; • No current overdue debt;
Special conditions	• A loan in foreign currency is issued exclusively for payment under an import contract or in the presence of export revenue; • When issuing a loan on a secondary account, the current interest rate is increased by 3 points; • It is permissible to conclude a general loan agreement for up to 36 months, reflecting all the conditions within the framework of this loan product;
